The Ankarsrum Pasta Discs are compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. Use this attachment with the Ankarsrum Meat Grinder to extrude pasta in four different shapes, depending on the disc in use. Discs include spaghetti, linguini, fettucine, and macaroni elbows.
The grinder and roller attach to the drive socket in the mixer base, and the pasta discs attach to the grinder. Turn the mixer on its side and place dough in the plastic hopper while the mixer runs on low speed. Use the plastic plunger to push food as necessary.
