This paring knife from the Boker Saga collection is an essential tool to handle smaller cutting tasks, such as peeling, coring, and pitting. The blade tapers to a sharp, pointed tip. Use this key piece of cutlery to trim and slice small produce, and mince fresh herbs and garlic.
Boker has manufactured knives in the German knife capital of Solingen for 150 years. The Saga collection was designed in collaboration with Danish knifemaker Jesper Voxnaes. The blade is forged from 440C stainless steel with chromium and molybdenum for hardness and corrosion resistance. The blade also boasts 57-58 Rockwell hardness for excellent edge retention and easy sharpening. Full tang construction offers additional strength and balance while cutting. The handle is made from G10, a glass fiber reinforced plastic composite that is lightweight, sturdy, and durable. G10 is also moisture- and heat-resistant.
