This utility knife from the Boker Saga collection combines features of both a paring knife and a chef's knife. The narrow, straight blade and sharp tip allow this knife to handle detail work, along with slicing and chopping.
Boker has manufactured knives in the German knife capital of Solingen for 150 years. The Saga collection was designed in collaboration with Danish knifemaker Jesper Voxnaes. The blade is forged from 440C stainless steel with chromium and molybdenum for hardness and corrosion resistance. The blade also boasts 57-58 Rockwell hardness for excellent edge retention and easy sharpening. Full tang construction offers additional strength and balance while cutting. The handle is made from G10, a glass fiber reinforced plastic composite that is lightweight, sturdy, and durable. G10 is also moisture- and heat-resistant.
Hand wash and dry. Made in Germany.
