We will issue a full refund if it is returned new, unopened and returned within 365 days of delivery. We'll even pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund. Items that fall short of our returns guidelines will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Unlike some retailers, we do not deduct the initial shipping fees from returned items if the original order qualified for free shipping. We will deduct the actual round trip shipping expense for any packages that are refused at time of delivery and returned to us without an RMA.


Should you want to return an item, please contact us via email or telephone to request a Return Authorization number (RMA). This allows us to more efficiently return and process your refund or exchange. Any items returned without an RMA number will be subject to additional handling fees. Package the item securely, preferably in the original shipping container, and return it to us. If the reason for the return is our error, we are more than happy to provide a pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund within 1-3 business days after receipt, allowing time to inspect the item. Refunds for orders older than 90 days will be given in store credit due to refund limitations imposed by credit card companies.

Full Refund Criteria - Items that are unused, returned within 365 days from delivery date, and are in the same condition in which they were shipped will qualify for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must include the original packaging, including any and all boxes, protective packing, documentation, and accessories.

Partial Refund Criteria - Partial refunds will be issued for any returned item that has obvious signs of use, any item not returned in the condition it was received or any item that is missing parts/documents/packaging. Damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons will result in additional restocking fees.
