The Viking 3-Ply Oval Roaster is ideal for large cuts of meat, up to a 14-pound turkey. This roaster features 3-ply construction, with an aluminum core between layers of stainless steel. Aluminum heats up quickly, and stainless steel ensures even heat distribution. Tall, straight sides to help prevent splatters and spills. A roasting rack is included to elevate meat for even heating, and the lid helps retain heat and moisture. Natural juices collect at the bottom of the pan for basting, glazing, or making gravy. Use this versatile roaster with or without the rack, or with or without the lid. The lid itself can also be used as a 4-quart cooking vessel. Ergonomic stainless steel handles are securely attached with rivets, stay cooler on the stovetop, and make it easy to transfer the roaster from oven to stovetop. Induction compatible.
