The Scanpan PRO IQ Collection features 100% recycled aluminum construction and polished stainless steel handles. Made from squeeze cast aluminum, with an extra-thick base for even heat distribution and consistent temperature. A steel plate is cast inside each piece to make it induction compatible. The commercial grade STRATANIUM+ nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils. Induction compatible and oven safe to 500F. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended. Made in Denmark.
