Shipping & Returns Policy



We strive to provide consistently superior service characterized by quick shipping and a flexible return policy. We try to keep things simple and straightforward including:

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversize items may incur additional fees that will be noted on the product page. 
  • We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
  • We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. 
  • We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days.
  • We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.


We realize things can happen. Is the item not what you expected? Not what the gift recipient expected? Doesn’t match your drapes? Or arrived damaged? Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Login to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return 
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. 

For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. 

When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number. 

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items.

Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after date of delivery.
