Shipping & Returns Policy

We strive to provide consistently superior service characterized by quick shipping and a clear return policy. We try to keep things simple and straightforward:

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversize items may incur additional fees that will be noted on the product page. 
  • We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
  • We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. 
  • We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days.
  • We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Before returning an item, please review our return policy below:

Items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, items must be:

  • New
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In sellable condition

Items returned used, or damaged, with missing or damaged packaging or accessories, or in otherwise unsellable condition, will be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store. See additional guidance and recommendations below.

Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will incur additional processing or handling fees at our discretion. To initiate a return and obtain your RMA, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call (720) 545-1303. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective or discretionary returns. Customers are also responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged for return shipping. Chef's Corner Store is not responsible for items damaged in return transit. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable regardless of the nature of the return.

Defective Items

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and follow the process outlined above. For items that are found to be defective after the 30-day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection by Chef's Corner Store. Refund amounts for items that do not meet the criteria outlined above will be determined at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable or sold as a final sale. These will be clearly noted on the product page at time of purchase.

We do not accept international returns of any item.
