Use this set of three Ankarsrum drums with the Slicer/Shredder Attachment, compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. The fine grater drum can be used to grate nuts, chocolate, and hard cheeses. The shredder drum can be used to grate and shred root vegetables, fruit, and potatoes. The dumpling drum can be used to mash cooked potatoes and root vegetables.
