The Ankarsrum Slicer/Shredder Attachment is compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. Use this attachment and the three included drums to slice or shred vegetables, nuts, cheese, and chocolate.
The drum housing attaches to the drive socket in the mixer base, which rotates the drum to slice and shred food. Turn the mixer on its side and place food in the plastic hopper of the drum housing while the mixer runs on medium speed. Use the plastic plunger to push food as necessary.
