Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items returned used, or damaged, with missing or damaged packaging or accessories, or in otherwise unsellable condition, will be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will incur additional processing or handling fees at our discretion. To initiate a return and obtain your RMA, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call (720) 545-1303.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective or discretionary returns. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable regardless of the nature of the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection by Chef's Corner Store. Refund amounts for items that do not meet the criteria outlined above will be determined at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store. The Barista Touch Impress from Breville offers touch screen control to grind, brew, and steam. Create your ideal combination of coffee strength, milk temperature and texture, and save it as one of eight personalized settings.

The integrated conical burr grinder features Baratza European Precision Burrs and holds up to 12 ounces of coffee beans. Turn the grind size dial to adjust from fine to coarse.

Extract one or two espresso shots at a time with 9 bar extraction pressure. The ThermoJet heating system achieves the optimum extraction temperature in three seconds. Choose from 1- or 2-cup single or dual wall filter baskets depending on the number of shots and whether beans are freshly ground or pre-ground. The Impress Puck System features intelligent dosing and assisted tamping to automatically calculate and auto correct based on the last dose and tamp outcome.

Steam and froth milk with the steam wand to create classic espresso drinks. The Auto MilQ system features settings for alternative milks: oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk. Set the milk temperature between 104-167°F and choose from eight levels of texture. Use the hot water dispenser for tea and Americanos.

Includes Razor dose trimming tool, 54mm stainless steel portafilter, 1- and 2-cup single and dual wall filter baskets, coffee scoop, integrated tamper, stainless steel milk container, cleaning disc and tablets, cleaning brush and tool, water hardness strip, water filter and water filter holder.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.
