The Sear & Press Grill from Breville lets you bring the taste of outdoor grilling inside. Open the grill flat to cook on both plates at once, or lower the top plate to use as a contact grill or panini press. The plates are reversible, with a flat side for cooking eggs and pancakes, and a ribbed side for meat. Both plates are made from cast aluminum with a nonstick coating.
Choose from three preset functions -- Burger, Panini, and Sear -- or use the temperature dials to manually adjust the heat between 210F and 450F. Each plate has independent temperature control. Plates are removable for easy cleaning.
