Use the Smoking Gun from Breville to infuse food and drinks with real smoke flavor. Simply place wood chips on the mesh filter in the metal chamber and ignite them. The smoke flows through the attached hose. Place food or drinks in a covered container, and use the hose to blow smoke into the container. Stir or swirl, and allow the smoke to penetrate the food or drinks. Perfect for cheeses, meats, nuts, cocktails, and much more.
