The Chantal Stainless Steel Roaster is ideal for cuts of meat up to 20 pounds. This roaster features tall, straight sides to help prevent splatters and spills. A V-shaped nonstick roasting rack is included to elevate meat for even heating. Natural juices collect at the bottom of the pan for basting, glazing, or making gravy. Helper handles on either side are permanently secured with stainless steel rivets and make it easy to transfer the roaster from oven to stovetop. Stainless steel construction is durable, easy to clean, and won't react with food. Dishwasher safe.
