The Garject from Dreamfarm is a garlic press. Squeeze the handles of the Garject to press unpeeled garlic. Open the handles to engage the scraper and push the pressed garlic off the surface of the Garject without touching the garlic. Push the button to eject the garlic peel from inside the Garject. No need to touch the raw garlic or peel. Made from nylon and chrome-plated zinc, BPA-free, and dishwasher safe.
