GreenPan cookware features a nonstick ceramic coating called Thermolon, reinforced with diamonds for added performance, durability, and resilience. Thermolon is derived from sand and is free of lead and cadmium. It conducts heat well, so your pan reaches the desired temperature sooner and at a lower heat setting. The cooking surface is reinforced for maximum strength and scratch resistance. The nonstick ceramic coating allows you to cook with less butter or oil and without sticking, and it won't release harmful fumes if overheated.
The GreenPan Valencia Pro collection is made from hard anodized aluminum with Magneto technology, featuring ferromagnetic particles reinforced with copper for induction cooking. The interior cooking surface is coated with Thermolon Minerals and is safe for use with metal utensils. The lid is made from glass and stainless steel. The handle is made from stainless steel and securely attached with rivets. Cookware is oven safe to 600F, lid is oven safe to 420F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
