The GreenPan Venice Pro collection is made from multilayer stainless steel, and the exterior surface is reinforced with Evershine. The interior cooking surface is coated with Thermolon Minerals Pro and is safe for use with metal utensils. The handles are made from stainless steel and securely attached with rivets. Cookware is oven safe to 600F, lid is oven safe to 420F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
