The Hestan Classic Roaster is ideal for roasting large cuts of meat, with tall, straight sides to help prevent splatters and spills. A V-shaped stainless steel roasting rack is included to elevate meat for even heating. Natural juices collect at the bottom of the pan for basting, glazing, or making gravy. Helper handles on either side are permanently secured with flush interior rivets and make it easy to transfer the roaster from oven to stovetop. Tri-ply 18/10 stainless steel construction features an aluminum core for fast, even heating.
The 14.5-inch roaster has a 6.5-quart capacity and holds up to a 15-pound turkey. The 16.5-inch roaster has an 11.2-quart capacity and holds up to a 20-pound turkey.
