The Hestan CopperBond Covered Sauteuse features a wider base and shorter sides. Use it for braising, browning, and sauteing. It also goes from oven or stovetop to table for easy serving. Helper handles on both sides of the rim offer added stability, and the lid helps keep food hot.

The innovative Hestan CopperBond cookware collection combines the conductivity of copper with the durability and induction compatibility of stainless steel. A copper core is surrounded by layers of 18/10 stainless steel, with a copper and stainless exterior. The stainless steel interior won't react with food, and the wraparound steel base makes this cookware induction compatible. Flared rims allow for drip-free pouring, and French-style handles offer leverage for easy lifting. Contoured sidewalls create a larger cooking surface, and flush interior rivets allow for easy cleaning and stacking.
