The Hestan NanoBond Covered Sauté Pan features high straight sides and a large surface area, ideal for browning or searing, as well as basting and deglazing. It also goes from stovetop to oven for finishing dishes at higher heat. Simmer with or without the lid, depending on how much heat and moisture you want to retain.
This revolutionary cookware features triple-bonded construction, with an induction-compatible stainless steel exterior, pure aluminum core, and 18/10 stainless steel interior. Titanium and chromium alloys are vaporized and bonded to the stainless steel interior to create the patented NanoBond surface. This cooking surface is four times harder than stainless steel, and it is highly stick-resistant, stain-resistant, and scratch-resistant. Flared rims allow for drip-free pouring and ergonomic stainless steel handles make this cookware easy to maneuver. Sealed rims maintain the integrity of the bonded construction, and flush interior rivets allow for easy cleaning and stacking.
Hestan NanoBond cookware is oven, broiler, stovetop, and grill safe to over 1000ºF. It is also dishwasher safe and can even be scrubbed with steel wool. Remove any discoloration from heat and oil with a soft cleanser, lemon juice, or vinegar.
