Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.

    Bought this for the house since we drink a lot of espresso (probably 8 cups a day / 16 shots) and needed a machine that is durable, easy to clean and produces a great result. Two weeks in, we’re extremely happy with the E4. The face that it is practically the size of the smaller Jura machines but holds far more beens and water is a treat. You don’t feel like your working to maintain an “automated” coffee maker - it’s actually automated! :) Just hoping it lasts and keeps producing great coffee for years. The website, price and delivery were also great, very happy with chefs corner shop!

The Jura E4 Automatic Coffee Center automatically brews coffee and espresso. The built-in Aroma G3 grinder is designed to preserve coffee flavor and aroma. The Pulse Extraction Process optimizes the extraction time for every cup by varying the water amount and pulse frequency based on the coffee specialty being prepared. The symbol display guides you through the preparation process for coffee and espresso, as well as 3 levels of coffee intensity.

To keep every coffee tasting as good as the first, the E4 performs routine maintenance such as rinsing, cleaning and descaling at the touch of a button. The CLEARYL Smart water filter removes impurities and retains minerals to ensure coffee has the best possible flavor, while filtering exactly the amount of water needed for coffee preparation and protecting the E4 from limescale.
