Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.

The Jura J8 Automatic Coffee Center fully automates the coffee making process and offers exciting new features including the Sweet Foam function, the Coffee Eye, and the cutting-edge P.A.G.2+ grinder.

The built-in P.A.G.2+ grinder recommends grind consistency based on the selected coffee specialty and actively monitors grind consistency to preserve coffee flavor and aroma. The Sweet Foam function incorporates syrup into the milk foam and allows you to customize the flavor and intensity of specialty drinks. The Coffee Eye detects the position of your cup and adapts the selection of specialties on the TFT display menu.

The Pulse Extraction Process optimizes the extraction time for every cup by varying the water amount and pulse frequency based on the coffee specialty being prepared. The full color TFT display guides you through the preparation process for 31 different programmable coffee specialties, as well as ten levels of coffee intensity and three levels of coffee temperature. Adjust the spout height depending on the size of your cup. Choose from three temperature levels when dispensing hot water.

To keep every coffee tasting as good as the first, the J8 performs routine maintenance such as rinsing, cleaning and descaling at the touch of a button. The CLEARYL Smart/Smart+ water filter removes impurities and retains minerals to ensure coffee has the best possible flavor, while filtering exactly the amount of water needed for coffee preparation and protecting the J8 from limescale.
