We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items returned used, or damaged, with missing or damaged packaging or accessories, or in otherwise unsellable condition, will be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will incur additional processing or handling fees at our discretion. To initiate a return and obtain your RMA, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call (720) 545-1303.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective or discretionary returns. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable regardless of the nature of the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection by Chef's Corner Store. Refund amounts for items that do not meet the criteria outlined above will be determined at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store. The Jura GIGA 10 Automatic Coffee Center features two built-in ceramic disc grinders designed to preserve coffee flavor and aroma. The Automatic Grinder Adjustment feature ensures coffee beans are ground perfectly every time. The Pulse Extraction Process optimizes the extraction time for every cup by varying the water amount and pulse frequency based on the coffee specialty being prepared. The Cold Extraction Process creates authentic cold brew specialties by slowly pulsing cold water through freshly ground beans under high pressure.

The Panorama Coffee Panel features a 6.7-inch full-color, touch-operated display to guide you through the preparation process for 35 different programmable coffee specialties, including a one-touch Americano function. Customize and store your preferred variations with three temperature levels for brewing, three temperature levels for both milk and milk foam, three temperature levels for hot water, and eight levels of coffee intensity. Easily refill the water tank and bean container with convenient access from the front of the GIGA 10.

To keep every coffee tasting as good as the first, the GIGA 10 performs routine maintenance such as rinsing, cleaning and descaling at the touch of a button. The CLEARYL Smart+ water filter removes impurities and retains minerals to ensure coffee has the best possible flavor, while filtering exactly the amount of water needed for coffee preparation and protecting the GIGA 10 from limescale. Filter status is automatically detected using RFID.

The Jura GIGA 10 Automatic Coffee Center fully automates the coffee making process and takes it wireless with the JOE (Jura Operating Experience) App. Download the app to your Android or iOS device to program and name your favorite specialty drinks. Take your coffee preferences anywhere and brew directly from the app.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.
