The Microplane 4-Sided Box Grater is ideal for shredding large quantities of vegetables or cheese. Each side features one of four blades: ultra coarse, ribbon, fine, and slicer. Use the ultra coarse side for grating cheese, chocolate, coconut, or carrots, and use the fine side for grating spices, aromatics, citrus zest, and hard cheese. The ribbon side is suitable for various fruits and vegetables, chocolate, coconut, butter, and hard and soft cheese. Use the slicer blade to shave or slice vegetables and cheese. The ergonomic soft-grip handle and slip-resistant rubber feet offer stability and make this box grater easy to handle. The fine blade can be removed for thorough cleaning.
