The OXO Good Grips 11 Pound Food Scale has a pull out display with backlight to make it easy to see the weight, no matter how big an item you're weighing. The zero function allows you to tare the scale after each ingredient is added, for accurate measurement to the nearest gram or 1/8-ounce. Measure in milliliters or cups for liquid ingredients. A helpful meter on the display shows progress toward the 11-pound capacity as you add ingredients.
