This eco-friendly cookware features 100% recycled aluminum construction and polished stainless steel handles. Made from squeeze cast aluminum, with an extra-thick base for even heat distribution and consistent temperature. A steel plate is cast inside each piece to make it induction compatible. The STRATANIUM nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils.
The Scanpan PRO IQ Collection is induction compatible and oven safe to 500F. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended. Made in Denmark.
