These shears are designed for handling delicate herbs. The blades are sharpened to a 16-degree angle for a fine cutting edge that won't bruise herbs. Use the notched blade to cut stems and strip leaves.

Shun Herb Shears are made from Japanese 402J2 stainless steel with elastomer grips, suitable for both right- and left-handed use. The blades come apart for easy cleaning.
