The anodizing process strengthens aluminum to be twice as hard as stainless steel. Three layers of nonstick coating ensure easy release and longevity. Tall, straight sides to help prevent splatters and spills. A powder coated, nonstick roasting rack is included to elevate meat for even heating. Natural juices collect at the bottom of the pan for basting, glazing, or making gravy. Ergonomic copper handles are securely attached with rivets, stay cooler on the stovetop, and make it easy to transfer the roaster from oven to stovetop.
