Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.

This Santoku knife from the Wusthof Performer collection performs the three essential cutting tasks a Santoku is named for: slicing, dicing, and mincing. The blade of a Santoku is thinner than the blade of a chef's knife. The blade edge is also sharpened at a more acute angle than Western-style blades. The hollow-ground indentations create air pockets to push food away from the blade as you work, making this knife ideal for slicing food that tends to stick to knife blades.

The Wusthof Performer collection combines centuries of expert artisanship with cutting-edge technology. The blade is forged from German steel, hardened to 58 Rockwell, and enhanced by a black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. This coating is heat-resistant, scratchproof, and water-repellent, with a 104 Rockwell hardness. The Hexagon Power Grip handle features a honeycomb design for a firm, non-slip hold, and is made from a glass fiber reinforced polymer for easy care. Hand wash. Made in Germany.
