The Zojirushi Advanced Micom 5.5-Cup Rice Cooker and Warmer has eight menu settings to help ensure perfectly cooked rice every time. Select from white/sushi, mixed, quick, long grain white, steel cut oatmeal, quinoa, brown, and steam. The internal microcomputer uses fuzzy logic to automatically adjust cooking time and temperature. Heat radiates from the bottom, sides and lid to surround the cooking pan and cook evenly. Use the delay timer to program in advance, and the keep-warm and reheat functions to ensure your rice or grains stay at the perfect temperature. The sound signal can be set to melody, beep, or mute. Prepare up to five and one-half cups of rice or grains at once.
