The Zwilling Enfinigy Sous Vide Stick is an immersion circulator for creating a temperature-controlled water bath for cooking vacuum-sealed food. Use this lightweight, easy-to-store circulator with any cooking pot. The Zwilling Enfinigy Sous Vide Stick maintains a precise temperature control from 0.1-0.3ºF. Set the temperature using the LED-touch display and use the timer to monitor cooking time. The clamp holds the circulator in place on the side of the cooking pot. The stainless steel heating cover features a minimum and maximum water level sensor. Compatible with Zwilling Fresh & Save reusable bags, or with any vacuum seal bags.
