Use the Ankarsrum Double Whisk Bowl to replace the one that came with your Ankarsrum Original Mixer, or as a duplicate when making large batches.
The 4-quart plastic beater bowl uses a center shaft that attaches to the drive socket. The beater housing attaches to the top of the center shaft, which rotates the beaters within the plastic bowl. Two sets of double beaters are attached: wire balloon whisks for eggs, egg whites, and whipping cream; and single wire whips for cake batter and light frosting.
