Use the Ankarsrum Mixing Bowl with your Ankarsrum Original Mixer. The stainless steel bowl has a 7-liter capacity. Use the polyethylene bowl cover while bread dough is rising in the bowl, or to cover cookie dough in the refrigerator, or as a dust cover when mixer is not in use. The bowl cover also fits the Ankarsrum double whisk plastic beater bowl. Dishwasher safe.
