The Ankarsrum Lasagna Pasta Roller is compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. Use this attachment to roll sheets of pasta dough.
The pasta roller attaches to the drive socket in the mixer base, which rotates the roller. Turn the mixer on its side and feed sheets of pasta dough into the roller while the mixer runs on low speed.
