The Ankarsrum Lasagnette Pasta Cutter is compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. Use this attachment to cut sheets of pasta dough into thin lasagnette noodles. You can either roll pasta dough by hand or use the Ankarsrum Lasagna Pasta Roller to create sheets of pasta dough. The Ankarsrum Lasagna Pasta Roller is sold separately.
The pasta cutter attaches to the drive socket in the mixer base, which rotates the cutter. Turn the mixer on its side and feed sheets of pasta dough into the roller while the mixer runs on low speed.
