The Custom Loaf from Breville makes fresh bread, pizza dough, and even jam right on your kitchen counter. Choose from 13 automatic settings including Whole Wheat, Gluten-Free, Yeast-Free, Jam, and Pizza and Pasta Dough, or program and save up to nine custom recipes.

Bake loaves from one pound up to 2.5 pounds, and select your preferred crust color: Light, Medium, or Dark. The collapsible kneading paddle minimizes the hole in the bottom of your loaf. The automatic fruit and nut dispenser lets you add mix-ins to your loaf at just the right time to ensure they are evenly distributed.

The Delay Start function allows you to specify what time you would like your loaf to be ready. The Custom Loaf calculates when to start the cycle and automatically begins at the correct time. Power Interruption Protection ensures the selected cycle will continue even after a brief power failure.
