Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.

The Tea Maker from Breville brews green tea, white tea, oolong tea, black tea, and herbal tea at the perfect temperature and steeps each type of tea for the correct amount of time. Simply select the tea type and strength you prefer.

The glass container holds approximately 5 cups of brewed tea. Use the included tea scoop to fill the stainless steel tea basket. The Auto Start function allows you to start brewing at a preset time. Use the Keep Warm setting to hold the selected temperature for up to 60 minutes.

Removable stainless steel mesh filter catches deposits for cleaner water. Clean the filter under running hot water, and routinely de-scale the kettle according to product instructions for optimal performance.
