Description

The Fast Slow Pro from Breville allows you to slow cook, pressure cook, and more in a single appliance. The cooker features six Smart settings: Pressure Cook, Slow Cook, Steam, Sear, Saute, and Reduce.

When using the Fast Slow Pro as a pressure cooker, choose from 11 settings including rice, meat, vegetables, soup, and stew. When using the Fast Slow Pro as a slow cooker, choose from nine settings including meat, soup, stock, stew, and beans. Both the pressure cooker and slow cooker functions include a customizable setting that can be manually adjusted to your recipes.

Safety features include a safety locking lid, safety valve, and pressure release button. The Fast Slow Pro offers three steam release methods: Auto Quick, Auto Pulse, and Natural.

The Keep Warm function maintains food at serving temperature for up to four hours, and the Altitude Adjust function optimizes cooking time, temperature, and pressure based on altitude.
