The Smart Oven Pro from Breville is a countertop oven that can handle six slices of toast or a 13-inch pizza. More than a toaster oven, it has ten pre-programmed settings that can also be manually customized to toast, bake, roast, broil, and slow cook to perfection.
The Smart Oven Pro features ElementIQ technology that regulates the five quartz heating elements to cook food more quickly and evenly. Each element heats according to the chosen pre-programmed settings, including Toast, Bagel, Bake, Roast, Broil, Pizza, Cookies, Reheat, Warm, and Slow Cook.
Customize the pre-programmed settings based on your personal preferences. Use the Convection button to circulate heated air around the food to cook faster, more efficiently and evenly. The Frozen Foods button automatically adjusts the selected program when cooking frozen foods. Control the browning of toast and bagels with the Darkness button. The button marked A Bit More automatically adds time to any cooking program. Adjust the height of the cooking rack based on the chosen pre-programmed setting. Keep an eye on your food as it cooks with the 25-watt oven light.
Nonstick coating on the interior walls of the Smart Oven Pro makes it easy to wipe up messes. Removable crumb tray for daily cleaning. Enamel baking pan and broiling tray, nonstick pizza pan, and nonstick pizza crisper pan are included. Hand wash all removable accessories, and wipe clean interior and exterior of oven.
