The Paradice 16 from Breville is a multipurpose food processor for slicing, dicing, shredding, mincing and puréeing. It includes the Paradice Kit with three attachments to create even and precise cubes in three sizes: 5/8-inch, 1/2-inch, and 5/16-inch.
The adjustable slicing disc has 24 precise settings for thickness. Use the reversible shredding disc to make coarse or fine grated cheese and shredded vegetables such as cabbage and carrots. Use the french fry disc to make thicker vegetable sticks using potatoes or sweet potatoes.
Use the micro-serrated S-blade and mini processing blade for chopping vegetables and herbs, mixing cake batter and cookie dough, and pureeing nut butter and baby food. Use the dough blade for mixing and kneading yeast doughs.
The feed chute size options range from 1.7 inches to 5.5 inches to accommodate a variety of foods.
Use all the various attachments with the 16-cup processing bowl to chop and slice vegetables, shred cheese, knead dough, and purée nut butter.
Store attachments in two convenient storage boxes (included). Hand washing is recommended for all removable parts. Wipe the motor base clean.
