The Smart Grill from Breville lets you bring the taste of outdoor grilling inside. Open the grill flat to cook on both plates at once, or lower the top plate to use as a contact grill or panini press.
The flat plate is ideal for cooking eggs and vegetables, and the ribbed plate is perfect for meat. Both plates are made from cast aluminum with a nonstick coating.
Choose from three heat settings: Low, Sandwich, and Sear. Warm foods and grill vegetables on the Low setting, make melts and paninis on the Sandwich setting, and grill meat on the Sear setting.
Adjustable height control and adjustable plate tilt allow you to position the plates however you choose. Plates are also removable for easy cleaning.
