Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items returned used, or damaged, with missing or damaged packaging or accessories, or in otherwise unsellable condition, will be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will incur additional processing or handling fees at our discretion. To initiate a return and obtain your RMA, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call (720) 545-1303.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective or discretionary returns. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable regardless of the nature of the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection by Chef's Corner Store. Refund amounts for items that do not meet the criteria outlined above will be determined at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store. The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo from Breville is a countertop oven that can prepare pizza in the style of a wood-fired brick oven. Choose from five settings including Frozen, Pan, New York, Thin & Crispy, Wood Fired, and two temperatures: 350°F and 750°F. Control browning with five settings ranging from lighter to darker. Cook pizzas directly on the included stone for quick and even heating. The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo features ElementIQ technology to replicate the ideal environment for each type of pizza, delivering just the right amount of conductive, radiant and convective heat to the pizza. Conductive heat from the heat deck chars the bottom of the pizza. Radiant heat creates intense direct heat to create the leopard-spotted crust characteristic of wood-fired brick oven pizzas. Convective heat circulates heat throughout the oven to bake toppings without burning them. This innovative oven can reach a temperature of 750°F. The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo accommodates up to 12-inch diameter pizzas, and comes with a pizza peel to safely transfer pizzas to and from the oven.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.
