Emile Henry bread and potato pot is amazing for bread
This is my secret to easy bread baking. I admit that I haven’t yet tried using it for potatoes, but it has helped me bake countless perfectly rounded and nicely browned boules of bread. I once split a large recipe by baking half in this pot and half on a stone. There was no comparison; the one on the pot was beautifully rounded and higher, while the other was flatter, lower, and lackluster. I recommend this to anyone wanting to put some magic in their bread baking. And doesn’t need anything except a light dusting of cornmeal before throwing in the shaped loaf; it never sticks.
