GreenPan cookware features a nonstick ceramic coating called Thermolon, reinforced with diamonds for added performance, durability, and resilience. Thermolon is derived from sand and is free of lead and cadmium. It conducts heat well, so your pan reaches the desired temperature sooner and at a lower heat setting. The cooking surface is reinforced for maximum strength and scratch resistance. The nonstick ceramic coating allows you to cook with less butter or oil and without sticking, and it won't release harmful fumes if overheated.
The GreenPan Paris Pro collection is made from hard anodized aluminum. The interior cooking surface is coated with Thermolon Minerals and is safe for use with metal utensils. The handles are made from stainless steel and securely attached with rivets. Oven safe to 600F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
