Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.
Items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items returned used, or damaged, with missing or damaged packaging or accessories, or in otherwise unsellable condition, will be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will incur additional processing or handling fees at our discretion. To initiate a return and obtain your RMA, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call (720) 545-1303.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective or discretionary returns. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable regardless of the nature of the return. This is the first time I've been disappointed in a Scanpan product. They must have changed the design of the lid from previous versions. The lid fogs up preventing the ability to see the pan contents (isn't that the purpose of a glass lid?).
The Scanpan CTX Sauce Pan has high straight sides and smaller surface area to help retain moisture and limit evaporation. Use it for both cooking and reheating.

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:
We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.
