The Scanpan CTX Wok is ideal for stir frying meat and vegetables, thanks to deep sloping sides and large surface area. Comes with a wire rack for draining foods and chopsticks for tossing ingredients and incorporating sauces and seasonings.

This eco-friendly cookware features 100% recycled aluminum and a nonstick coating. The base is made from squeeze cast aluminum for strength, durability, and even heat distribution. The STRATANIUM nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils. The attractive brushed stainless steel exterior is compatible with induction cooktops. The stainless steel handle is securely attached with rivets.

The Scanpan CTX Collection is induction compatible, dishwasher safe, and oven safe to 500F. Made in Denmark.
