Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items returned used, or damaged, with missing or damaged packaging or accessories, or in otherwise unsellable condition, will be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will incur additional processing or handling fees at our discretion. To initiate a return and obtain your RMA, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call (720) 545-1303.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective or discretionary returns. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable regardless of the nature of the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection by Chef's Corner Store. Refund amounts for items that do not meet the criteria outlined above will be determined at the sole discretion of Chef's Corner Store. The Shun Sora 3-Piece Build-a-Block Set offers both space and inspiration to start your Shun Sora cutlery collection. This 6-slot slimline bamboo block comes with the Shun Sora 8-inch Chef's Knife and Shun Sora 9-Inch Honing Steel. The chef's knife is an all-purpose knife that can mince herbs, dice vegetables, and slice through thick rinds and large cuts of meat. The honing steel realigns knife blades between sharpenings. Extra slots allow for expansion of your collection, including space for kitchen shears.

The composite steel blades consist of a VG10 san mai cutting edge with a Japanese 420J stainless steel upper. VG10 stainless steel includes vanadium for wear resistance and cobalt for strength and hardness. The two blade sections are laser cut and welded together, with the superior VG10 steel along the cutting edge. The edge is hand-sharpened to a razor-sharp 16-degree cutting angle. The knife handles are made from a polymer blend for a contemporary look and secure grip.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.
