We offer free shipping on orders over $49. Some oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 pm MT generally ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm MT will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has your package. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Delivery or USPS. Most orders are delivered within four business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We also do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Return Policy

Requesting a return is easy. Simply request a return authorization number using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our site, locate your order, and request a return.
  • Email us via our Contact Us page.
  • Call us at (877) 407-4466.

We will provide a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs. You can contact us for a reduced rate prepaid return shipping label. When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with the return authorization number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation in order to receive a full refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will incur restocking fees. We process refunds within five business days of receipt of returned items. Accepted items that are returned within 90 days of delivery will receive a refund via the original payment method. Accepted items that are returned after 90 days will receive store credit. No items will be accepted over 365 days after the delivery date.

The Swiss Diamond HD Classic Nonstick Crepe Pan has lower sides than a standard fry pan. Crepes easily release from the surface and flip quickly for fast, even cooking. This pan is perfect for omelets and pancakes too.

The base of the pan is made from pressure-cast aluminum for even heat distribution without hot spots or warping. Swiss Diamond cookware will not warp even when transferred directly from the stove or oven to cold running water.

Three layers of nonstick coating are applied to the interior for effortless food preparation and cleanup. No oil is required. Swiss Diamond is designed for cooking at low to medium temperatures. The coating contains real diamond crystals for maximum durability and efficient heat transfer. Diamonds conduct heat better than metal and have natural nonstick properties. Cared for properly, the nonstick coating will not peel, blister, or crack. Swiss Diamond recommends using non-metal utensils and hand washing to prolong the life of cookware.

The handle is attached on exterior bolsters for a smooth interior cooking surface.
