The Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy 5.5-Cup Rice Cooker and Warmer has eight menu settings to help ensure perfectly cooked rice every time. The white rice setting allows you to specify regular or sushi rice, with a softer or harder texture. Other menu settings includes brown rice, semi-brown rice, mixed rice, quick cooking, rinse-free, sweet, and porridge. The internal microcomputer uses advanced neuro fuzzy logic to automatically adjust cooking time and temperature. Heat radiates from the bottom, sides and lid to surround the cooking pan and cook evenly. Prepare up to 5.5 cups of rice or grains at once.
