I contacted your customer Service and Darren (unsure of Spelling), an IT guy--I believe--not only handled my concern but did it very politely. He sent me the FedEx label to return the slightly damaged product. I received my new pan, in perfect condition, just 2-3 days after our conversation. 5 stars all the way--especially because of your customer care! Thank you!!!
