The GreenPan Valencia Pro collection is made from hard anodized aluminum with Magneto technology, featuring ferromagnetic particles reinforced with copper for induction cooking. The interior cooking surface is coated with Thermolon Minerals and is safe for use with metal utensils. The lid is made from glass and stainless steel. The handles are made from stainless steel and securely attached with rivets. Cookware is oven safe to 600°F, lid is oven safe to 420°F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
